Upon receipt of a closure request, colbet will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds and close your account within a reasonable time, provided that no active investigation, outstanding dispute, or self-exclusion application is pending.

colbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a player has breached these Terms; fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected; a player fails identity verification; or colbet determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event being settled. colbet will not consider disputes raised after this period has elapsed. The decision of colbet's disputes team, following a full review of the available evidence, is final and binding.

Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to pursue a complaint through any applicable consumer protection framework available to you under the laws of Bangladesh.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. colbet operates as a platform serving players in Bangladesh and endeavours to comply with applicable legislation in the jurisdictions in which it operates. colbet makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of its intended service area.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of colbet to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the colbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and colbet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
